Family Planning Specialists provides both first and second trimester abortions up to 21 weeks and 6 days gestation. A woman in her first trimester may choose to have general or local anesthesia. All second trimester patients receive general anesthesia.

We schedule surgery three days each week. We can usually schedule your appointment within one week. Please call us to discuss scheduling possibilities.

Family Planning Specialists also offers medical abortion up to 8 weeks gestation as an alternative to surgery.
